Enrollment Checklist
To successfully enroll in the Nurse Aide (CNA) training program, all students must complete and submit these items before the start of their program.
Please Note:
Per the PA Department of Education guidelines, all students must complete the items below at least ONE WEEK before their first day of class.
Failure to complete these items by the deadline will result in removal from the class roster. Absolutely no exceptions can be made.
This includes showing proof of a negative TB Test and a brief physical. Students may also be required to receive a flu shot, depending on the time of year.
