Enrollment Checklist

1.) Health Examination

This includes a negative TB Test and a brief physical. Students may also be required to receive a flu shot, depending on the time of year.

2.) PA Background Check

You will complete this background check online by providing basic information about yourself.

3.) Federal Background Check*

This is only required if you have not lived in the state of PA for the past two (2) consecutive years. TCCR staff will tell you if you need to complete this item.

If you are required, you must schedule and complete an in-person fingerprinting appointment.
